Nytol; good night, bad day!

I'd been taking herbal sleeping tablets for the past week, yet the only results have been sleepy mornings, late arrivals to lectures and aggressive bi polar-like behaviour on my part.

There is currently a good advert on the box, depicting a lady being more awake and focused at breakfast time. The box is also quite pretty, it makes you think throwing money at insomnia will fix your problem. Just because something is natural, it's not necessarily good for you. Too much orange juice rots your teeth, opium almost bankrupts China, and one's own feculence, well, we wont talk about that...you can get a dictionary as my blog will end up being blocked like last week due to my previous post of products that you buy in the family planning section. Ahem, Anyway...

For anyone who is having trouble getting their share of kip, I'd advise going to the gym and to tire yourself out. Chemical sleeping pills are addictive, herbal sleeping pills make you depressed.

Not really worth the £4.65, nor the Boots points. I will be going to the gym more often henceforth.
